Sneksoft Studios ("we", "us", "our") creates software, games and online tools spanning VR/XR, FiveM servers, web applications, mobile apps and internal management systems. This policy explains how we handle information across all Sneksoft products, including:
This helps us keep sites secure and understand how visitors discover our projects.

When you use a Sneksoft VR title (Meta Quest, PC VR, standalone builds), we may process:
This helps us maintain performance, stability and feature usage analytics. We follow all Meta Horizon data usage rules.
When you connect to a Sneksoft-operated FiveM server or use our connected tools, we may process:

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity for security reasons.
For VR and mobile platforms, we follow all applicable policies:
We only use platform-provided data necessary for entitlements, performance, gameplay features or consented analytics. If the platform provides a way to request data deletion, we honour such requests within required timeframes.
Sneksoft products are primarily aimed at adults and older teens. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or any higher age required by local laws. If you believe a child has used a product or submitted data, please contact us so we can review and delete it where necessary.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: access controls, monitoring, encrypted transport, rate limiting, and minimisation practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk wherever possible.
Because we use global infrastructure providers, your data may be processed in countries outside your own. When required by law, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.

This Generative AI Policy explains Sneksoft Studios' position on the use of generative artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies across our products, websites, games, artwork, and development processes.
This policy applies to all Sneksoft Studios projects, including websites, VR/XR experiences, FiveM servers, mobile applications, digital artwork, and promotional materials.
Sneksoft Studios does not use generative AI systems to create:
We believe creative work should be produced by human creators and artists. We do not support the use of generative AI systems to replace or imitate human creative labour.
We do not knowingly include AI-generated art, music, writing, or other creative assets in Sneksoft projects.
Where external contributions are accepted (for example community submissions, contractors, or collaborators), contributors are expected to confirm that creative assets are human-made and do not infringe on the rights of others.
If AI-generated content is discovered within a Sneksoft project, we reserve the right to remove it.
This policy does not prohibit the use of:
These tools do not generate creative works and do not replace human artistic creation.
Where platforms require disclosure of AI usage (for example app stores or distribution platforms), Sneksoft projects will be declared as not using generative AI to produce creative content.
If Sneksoft Studios' position on generative AI changes in the future, this policy will be updated clearly and transparently. Any change would be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
If you have questions about this Generative AI Policy or believe AI-generated content has been included in a Sneksoft project in error, please contact:

Certain products, services, features, modules, integrations, deliverables, or software components developed, distributed, licensed, or maintained by Sneksoft Studios and/or Rizewolf Limited may incorporate software, frameworks, libraries, APIs, SDKs, infrastructure components, cloud services, operating system features, or other dependencies classified as beta, preview, experimental, early access, release candidate, or otherwise pre-production by either us or the relevant third-party provider.
These dependencies may be adopted to enable accelerated innovation, improved performance, access to emerging technologies, expanded feature sets, enhanced developer tooling, or compatibility with rapidly evolving platforms and ecosystems. While such technologies can provide substantial benefits, they may inherently carry greater operational risk than dependencies designated as stable, long-term supported, or production-ready.
As a result, products or features that rely wholly or partially on beta or preview dependencies may be subject to one or more of the following conditions:
Users, clients, administrators, licensees, and integrators acknowledge and accept that features powered by beta or preview technologies may change significantly during the product lifecycle. Functionality currently available may be modified, restricted, replaced, temporarily disabled, or permanently removed without prior notice where such action is necessary to preserve security, maintain compatibility, comply with upstream dependency changes, or improve product quality.
Where a product, service, feature, integration, or deliverable includes components that rely on beta, preview, experimental, early-access, or other pre-release technologies, Sneksoft Studios and/or Rizewolf Limited will make commercially reasonable efforts to clearly disclose the use of such components to the client, customer, licensee, or end user before deployment, release, or production use where reasonably practicable.
Such disclosure may include, but is not limited to, technical documentation, release notes, statements of work, onboarding materials, contractual documentation, support communications, or direct written notification.
Clients and customers may request to opt out of the use of specific disclosed pre-release dependencies within their product, project, hosted environment, or service implementation. Where such an opt-out request is technically feasible and commercially reasonable, Sneksoft Studios and/or Rizewolf Limited will make reasonable efforts to accommodate that request.
However, clients acknowledge and accept that opting out of beta or preview dependencies may materially affect product functionality, development timelines, compatibility, performance, feature availability, supportability, or overall user experience.
By opting out of such dependencies, the client understands and accepts that:
Where no stable alternative exists for a required dependency, Sneksoft Studios and/or Rizewolf Limited reserve the right to advise that a requested feature, service, or deliverable cannot be provided without the relevant beta, preview, or experimental component.
Sneksoft Studios and Rizewolf Limited shall not be held responsible for reduced functionality, feature loss, compatibility limitations, implementation delays, or performance degradation resulting directly or indirectly from a client’s decision to exclude or prohibit disclosed pre-release technologies.
Although Sneksoft Studios and Rizewolf Limited make commercially reasonable efforts to monitor, validate, test, secure, and maintain all integrated dependencies, no guarantee is made that beta or preview technologies will remain continuously available, fully supported, backwards compatible, or suitable for all intended use cases. The availability, stability, and continued operation of such features may be impacted by decisions made by third-party vendors beyond our direct control.
Where beta or experimental technologies form part of core product functionality, we may deploy updates, patches, configuration changes, migrations, or architectural revisions with limited notice in order to address critical issues, maintain compatibility, improve security, or preserve service continuity. Such changes may temporarily affect product behaviour, interfaces, integrations, user workflows, or the overall user experience.
By accessing, installing, licensing, integrating with, purchasing, or otherwise using our products and services, you expressly acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the use of beta, preview, or experimental technologies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sneksoft Studios and/or Rizewolf Limited shall not be liable for any losses, damages, downtime, data inconsistencies, incompatibilities, business interruption, loss of revenue, or service disruptions arising directly or indirectly from limitations, failures, deprecations, or upstream changes associated with such pre-release dependencies, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
This disclaimer forms part of the applicable product terms, licensing agreement, service agreement, end-user licence agreement (EULA), acceptable use policy, and/or terms of service governing the use of products and services provided by Sneksoft Studios and Rizewolf Limited.
